Dancer / Professor

He studied graphic design at the Iberoamerican University and is recently obtained a BA in communication sciences from the University of Sonora.

His dancing studies started with Master Carmen Bojórquez. In 1996 he traveled to Hermosillo, Sonora wherein he had the opportunity to take lessons with Master Isabel Hernández and to undertake his professional education under Masters Miguel Mancillas, Angeles Martínez and Zygfryd Rzyko.

Later on he was invited to take a postgraduate course in choreographic techniques with Masters Adriana Castaños, Joaquín López Chapman and Angel Norzagaray among others, in Mexicali B.C. He has continued studying classic technique, theater, dancing for men and modern techniques.

 In 1998 he joined Antares Danza Contemporánea, with which he had the opportunity to participate in the XVIII National Dancing Award INBA-UAM and the IV Continental Modern Dancing Contest and in festivals such as Festival José Limón (Culiacán and Mazatlán, Sinaloa) and a Binational Meet of Modern Dancing (Mexicali, B.C). As of 1997 he became a part of Antares and Mordine Co. binational project (Chicago, Illinois) with the work Desert Eye by Miguel Mancillas and in 1999 he participated in the season organized by Mordine Co. with this play in Chicago.

He was acknowledged as the best dancer in his group during the XVIII International Modem Dancing Festival, in San Luis Potosí in 1998.

He officially joined Antares in 1998.
